Live Sale Policies

These policies only pertain to our live sales on Instagram. Our live sales are a fun and exciting way to get access to incredible prices on some unique mineral specimens, carvings, crystals, and sterling silver jewelry, all while hanging out with interesting people. Please read the rules below and if you have any questions about them during the live, ask away! There are plenty of kind, helpful people in the Live Sale willing to lend a hand. We have these rules and policies in place to make our sales run smooth and be fair to everyone. Above all we keep our Live Sales a fun, light-hearted, and humorous place to be and we hope you'll join us!


General Rules

1. Items are tagged with a price, a letter, or both. To claim an item you must type "sold (price/letter)". We also accept "claim", "mine", "dibs", etc. as long as it includes the price and/or letter.
2. The first person to correctly claim the item, as shown on OUR screen, gets the item. Due to different internet connections, your comments will always show up first on your own screen. Final call of who claimed the item goes to the designated mediator of the sale.
3. If you have claimed an item by typing "sold $X" you are expected to buy the item. Abuse of our Live Sale policies by excessive put-backs or swaps may limit your ability to participate. Typically multiple customers try to claim an item at the same time in our live sales, so putting back or backing out of a claim after invoices are posted is not fair to the other customers who tried to claim. If a request is made to us to put back items from an invoice, and we deem it to be excessive, we will cancel the invoice and put all items back in a future live sale for others to claim. Backing out of orders or not communicating with us when an invoice is due will likely lead to a ban from our Live Sales.
4. Due to the high volume of items, number of viewers, and the fast paced nature of our Live Sales, please do not ask to trade items with other viewers during the Live Sale. Likewise, swapping items you have already claimed for another item shown later can interrupt the flow of the Live Sale and is not fair to all our viewers. For these reasons, PLEASE keep swaps to an absolute minimum. These issues can usually be resolved after the sale via e-mail at LittleLemuria@gmail.com
5. Invoices are posted on our website, LittleLemuria.com, within 1 hour of the final sale of the weekend. We expect payment, or a payment plan arrangement, within 48 hours of invoices being posted.
6. Navigate to our website and login to your account (or create an account if you don't have one) and start typing your Instagram username into the search box. Your product listing will pop up. Simply add it to your shopping cart.
7. Before you complete the checkout process you can add any items from the website to your cart at the same time and take advantage of the $7.50 flat rate domestic shipping.
8. When you're ready, complete the checkout process. If you are eligible for a payment plan and would like to take advantage of it, the Partial.Ly button will appear on the checkout page. Click the button and follow the instructions to complete the payment plan process.
9. If you have any issues with your invoice please send us an e-mail at LittleLemuria@gmail.com as this is the fastest way to reach a resolution. Please do not DM unless you are not able to get a timely response via e-mail. We check this address constantly, but please allow 1-2 hours for a response.
10. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF DM'S WE RECEIVE after a live sale we cannot send pictures or videos of items that you claimed during the live. If there was an issue with your claimed item or it needs to be put back, please e-mail the above e-mail address. Again, we cannot promise to send videos or pictures of items claimed during a live. Please use the screenshot function on your phone during the sale or during the replay to see the items that you claimed.

Shipping Policies

Our Live Sale shipping for domestic customers is a flat rate $7.50, regardless of the quantity or weight of items claimed. You can take full advantage of this flat rate shipping by adding any items from our website to your Live Sale order when you checkout.

We ship with USPS using either First Class or Priority shipping. Typical transit times are 2-5 days, depending on your location. We ship from Wisconsin and our packages go out on a daily basis, with a cutoff time of about noon.

We ship quickly! If you have an issue with your invoice, please try to resolve it before paying. If you pay for your order and have an issue, please try to resolve it ASAP! Sometimes your order can be processed within an hour of payment, but typically packages are processed within 24 hours of payment.

International Customers

International customers will be invoiced separately for shipping at actual freight costs. To get a general idea of freight costs please see the table below:

Because of the high cost of international shipping, we are willing to hold orders for international customers up to 3 weeks. We will invoice you for shipping as soon as you are ready to ship your items. Please e-mail us at LittleLemuria@gmail.com to request a shipping invoice and we will send one promptly.

We do not, and will not, falsify customs documents. We fill out customs forms to match the exact dollar amount of goods shipped. If your country requires you to pay import duties or fees, you are responsible for those fees. Please keep this in mind when claiming items in our Live Sale.

***IMPORTANT***

Please double check your address before submitting payment to make sure it is correct and includes unit/apartment number or any other applicable information. Include your phone number as well. If there is an issue with delivery your local post office will try to contact you. Without a valid phone number they will return the package to us. Once international packages leave the USA, there is nothing we can do to redirect or change the delivery on the package! We will re-ship items returned to us, however we are not responsible for freight charges.


Live Sale Payment Plans

We offer our customers the ability to use a payment plan to purchase large items or orders, including Live Sale invoices. Any order over $100 (after discount and before taxes and shipping) is eligible for a payment plan through Partial.ly. When you are ready to checkout, you will see a blue button for Partial.ly in your cart if your purchases are eligible. Click on the button and it will take you to Partial.ly's payment portal where you will setup your account, select your terms, and start your plan!

How do I start a payment plan?

If your shopping cart value is over $100 (after discount and before taxes/shipping), you are eligible for a payment plan. A blue Partial.ly button will appear on the checkout page. Simply click the button and follow the directions on Partial.ly's payment portal.

What are the terms of the payment plan?

We offer some flexibility on our payment plan terms. We require 25-50% down payment, and up to 4 weeks to pay. There is a 3% fee for all payment plans, and this is to cover our costs associated with the payment plan provider. All payments are set to automatically occur on a weekly basis until the plan is paid off.

Will you ship my items before I finish paying?

We will not ship items on payment plans until all payments have been made.

Can I pay off my plan early?

Absolutely. You can manually submit payments by logging into your account on Partial.ly. Please read this article for more information.

I started a payment plan but cannot finish it! Can you cancel the plan and refund my money?

We understand things come up in life that require our money more than crystals. We can cancel a payment plan and refund any amount paid, minus a 20% restocking fee (on the total order amount).

Can I add/subtract items on my payment plan after it is started?

We cannot add or subtract items from a payment plan after it has been started. You are welcome to start a new payment plan on any additional items, or purchase the items separately. Items that need to be returned can be refunded after the payment plan has been completed (minus 20% restocking fee).

I have a Live Sale order under $100, can I start a payment plan?

Orders over $100 are eligible for payment plans. We have variety of crystals and carvings on our site that you can add to your order to reach the $100 threshold. All Live Sale items ship for a flat rate $7 (domestic), so take advantage of the flat rate shipping by adding some items to your order!
