Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship with United States Postal Service via Ground Advantage, Priority, Priority Express. We can also ship via UPS Ground or Express.
Orders are typically processed for shipping within 24-48 business hours of payment. You will receive an email with tracking once the shipment is processed. If you don't receive tracking within 24-48 business hours, please double check your spam folder.

- USPS International First Class or Priority
- UPS Express
- DHL E-Commerce or Express
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, as well as any taxes/duties for your country.
Unfortunately we cannot. Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, and our customs paperwork is tied to the actual value on the order.
Tracking numbers are emailed to the address you provided at checkout once a label is printed. If you did not receive an email within 24-48 business hours of your order, double check your spam folder or make sure the email address on your order is correct. Please allow up to 24 hours after a label is created to see any movement on the tracking.
If your tracking info shows the package was delivered but it is not at your door, in your mailbox, PO box, etc., please contact your local Post Office or the carrier for help. Unfortunately there is very little we can do once a package has been handed off to the carrier. You will need to work with your local Post Office or carrier to try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be found, you can file a Lost Package Claim with the carrier through their website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot refund an order due to a lost or stolen package.
If you are an international customer and are worried about a package, please check the tracking number first. International shipments via USPS can take from 1-4+ weeks depending on the destination and carrier.
If the order ships USPS International, please note that once USPS hands the package off to your country's carrier, we have no control over the package. If it has been longer than 4 weeks from the time of shipment, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Our Live Sale shipping for domestic customers is a flat rate $7.50, regardless of the quantity or weight of items claimed. You can take full advantage of this flat rate shipping by adding any items from our website to your Live Sale order when you checkout.
International Live Sale orders will not be charged shipping at checkout. We will quote shipping rates and invoice them separately based on the size, weight, destination, and carrier. We can hold your Live Sale orders for multiple weeks to combine items into one shipment so you can save on freight costs.
Returns
We make every effort to accurately represent all of our crystals and minerals for sale. We want every customer to be excited when their order arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the item(s) and packaging. We will need these pictures to file insurance claims with the carrier. After receiving pictures of the damaged items we will issue a refund or offer to replace the item.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us so we can send the correct item to you.
If your order arrives safely but you are not happy with the minerals you ordered, please contact us. We make every effort to give the best photographs of our minerals and crystals, and represent them accurately to our customers. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return the items to us.
