Ruby fuchsite exhibits a trichroic nature, displaying three different colors depending on the angle of observation. Composed of aluminum oxide and chromium, ruby contributes to the red coloration, while fuchsite, composed of aluminum, potassium, and chromium, imparts the green hues.
