Different parts of the world have very intriguing mystical stories surrounding Labradorite. One is that of the Inuit people who claimed it fell from the frozen fire of the Aurora Borealis. It was originally found in Labrador, Canada but has also been found in Finland and commonly now comes from Madagascar.
