This specimen features a single, well-formed quartz point coated in botryoidal chrysocolla from the Tentadora Mine in Peru, a locality known for producing some of the finest quartz and copper-mineral combinations in the world. Chrysocolla is a hydrated copper silicate that forms in the oxidation zones of copper deposits and is prized for its natural blue and green hues. On quartz, it often develops in smooth, rounded “grape-like” formations that highlight the crystal’s shape rather than obscure it. Collectors seek these pieces for their clean crystal form, strong color contrast, and the rarity of intact single points with uniform chrysocolla coverage from this mine.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery according to the tracking information on the order. Items must be returned in new/unused/undamaged condition to receive a full refund. Items returned to us damaged or not in original condition will receive a partial refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order.
If a return is made for reasons other than an error on our part, a 20% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any refund due.
