Historically, clinochlore has been recognized and used in various applications, including as a decorative stone and for its perceived healing properties. Chemically, clinochlore is a hydrated magnesium iron aluminum silicate, with a complex composition that may include other elements such as chromium and manganese. It exhibits a foliated or scaly texture and a hardness ranging from 2 to 2.5 on the Mohs scale. Clinochlore's green coloration is attributed to its iron content, and it often occurs as aggregates or masses rather than individual crystals. If a return is made for reasons other than an error on our part, a 20% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any refund due.
