Rich yellow color and lustrous faces make this fluorite from Annaberg a wonderful addition to any fluorite collection. It is in excellent condition with almost no damage. Under a long-wave UV light, this specimen will glow a vibrant blue as shown in the second photo.
Known for its ancient history as a silver mine around 1200 CE, Annaberg has produced some of the most amazing yellow fluorite specimens. There is no new production coming from the area, and the mine is now a tourist attraction.
